This is my second time using Hope Mills Glass Company, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was back in 2021 when I needed the windshield replaced on my previous car. The dealership, Safelite, and every other place I called wanted over $500. Hope Mills Glass completed the job for around $150, and the quality of the work was excellent. Recently, the rear window regulator on my current vehicle failed, causing the window to keep falling down. I took it to the dealership, and they wanted $250 just to diagnose the issue—before even factoring in parts and labor. I wasn't even sure Hope Mills Glass handled this type of repair, but I'm glad I called. They diagnosed the problem for free in less than two minutes after I arrived, quoted me $315 for the repair, ordered the part, and had me back two days later. The repair took about an hour, and I was on my way. At the dealership, I likely would have spent somewhere between $600 and $800. The staff was friendly, honest, professional, and never tried to upsell me or charge unnecessary fees. It's refreshing to find a local business that provides quality work at fair prices and stands behind what they do. I highly recommend

This company doesn't need your business. We are a good PM company and used them. They did good work and were timely. In NC it is illegal to use personal funds to pay an owners invoice it is called comingling funds. We explained to them to them we would pay immediately after the tenant move in. We asked to explain this to the owner 5X. After we were able to pay it we asked for the owner to call us back to patch up our negative feelings of how they handled it. The lady was rude and said the owner had been told and he "obviously doesn't want to talk to you". Look at my review history, we very rarely give negative reviews. This is a company so busy they don't care about us little guys. Don't use them if this matters to you. We no longer will.

This is not a paid advertisement but I had to write a review because the proof is in the pictures. A small rock chipped my front window while driving. I contacted Hope Mills Glass Company and was advised to stop by at my convince however sooner than later, I assumed to keep the damage minimal. I visited the next morning. The lovely ladies at the front assisted me immediately. Within less an 30 mins my window was fixed. I was told by the owner, "we did the best we could!" My reply, "Sir I see nothing!" I genuinely appreciate the owner and staff of Hope Mills Glass Company they saved me ALOT of money and this experience was breeze. Have yall seen how ugly a crack that spreads on a windshield looks? Yeah I was trying not to break the bank. Thanks to them I won't riding around looking a hot mess.

Hell yeah they only took an hour to fix my busted driver side window and it was only $176.. way cheaper than safelite.. safelite was gonna charge me $400 ..

Hope Mills Glass has been my go-to glass company for window repairs on homes for clients for years. They are one of the few companies that offer free estimates, and they are always quick to complete them. Scheduling is easy and convenient, which makes working with them a breeze. Their customer service is excellent. When you call, you get a real person right away, no automated systems or endless menus, which is rare these days. Lisa has been my primary contact on my most recent transaction, and she was wonderful both over the phone and through email. She made the process smooth and effortless. Overall, Hope Mills Glass is professional, responsive, and reliable. I highly recommend them for any glass or window repair needs.
